Global HSE Stand Down

"March 15" marked 9 months of global operations achieving "0" onsite fatality which is a great achievement for Holcim members /team to see our progress towards ambition "0" to achieve onsite fatality.

In an effort to recognize all the hard work by the teams on the ground, reinforce collaboration, and ensure the record continues, we are taking a proactive approach and asking every BU's to run a 1 day focused campaign, covering most of key and relevant topics.

Thus, requesting every Business Units (RMX, Cement & Geocycle) to focus on Stand Down Activity on 15th March 2023 to have engagement and discussion with workers and teams on major challenges for 2023 like reaching 100% compliance on Critical Controls to prevent repeat serious injuries and fatalities, complete pending actions raised during quarterly verifications, Quality aspect of BOG & VPC reporting, influence safe behavior during site visits, discuss plans to achieve 100% Road Safety KPI Compliance etc.
